Market Order
The buy/sell order at the bid or ask price on the market.
The market order increases the chance and speed of execution, but, unlike the limit order, does not provide protection against price volatility and may be executed at a lower/higher price than the displayed BID/ASK.
The price for opening an order depends on the volume in the order book of the exchange.
Market order is an order of the immediate execution at the current market price of the tool.
• In the case of the buy order, the Buy Market order buys tools at the nearest ASK price displayed in the order book.
• In the case of the sell order, the Sell Market order sells the tools at the nearest BID price displayed in the order book.
Limit order by BID / ASK.
• Buy Limit Bid - place the limit order to buy at the first price in the order book.
• Sell Limit Ask - place the limit order to sell at the first price in the order book.
Limit Order
An order to buy or sell at a specified or better price. The limit order excludes the ability of execution at a less favourable price, than the limit, but its execution is not guaranteed.
• Buy Limit -- to buy if the future BID price is equal to the set value. In this case, the current price level is higher than the set order value. Usually orders of this type are placed with the view that the price of the tool, having dropped to a certain level, will start rising;
• Sell Limit -- to sell if the future ASK price is equal to the set value. In this case, the current price level is less than the set order value. Usually orders of this type are placed with the view that the price of the tool, having risen to a certain level, will start decreasing.
Stop Order
A market order to buy or sell when reaching or overcoming the specified stop trigger price. Such an order guarantees execution, but its final price may diverge significantly from the stop price.
