**SMART Limit Orders**

* Buy Limit Smart --- to buy if the future BID price is equal to the set value. Moreover, the current price level is higher than the value of the set order. Usually orders of this type are placed with a view that the tool price, having dropped to a certain level, will start rising;\
  Used like a regular limit order, but does not block funds on the account.
* Sell Limit Smart --- to sell if the future price is equal to the ASK set value. At the same time, the current price level is less than the value of the set order. Usually orders of this type are placed with a view that the price of an asset, having risen to a certain level, will start dropping;\
  Used like a regular limit order, but does not block funds on the account.

When the market price is close to the trigger at a given offset, then the limit order to buy or sell the tool will be placed.

Thus, the moment for blocking funds is controlled only before making a deal.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://avstrade.gitbook.io/avstrade-docs-en/trading/algorithmic-orders/limit-smart.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
