Refund, Cancellation, and Subscription Policies

For more information about our subscription, cancellation and refund deadlines and policies, please refer to the information below. Please note that our policies and payment options may vary depending on your subscription plan and its specific conditions.

Please also note that we treat violations of our Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement, and Honor Code very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who are found to be in violation of these terms, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period.

Similarly, we have no obligation to offer late refunds to users who are not satisfied with the content we provide or who are otherwise unsatisfied with the results of their use of the content and AVS TRADEโ€™s service.

You lose the right to change your decision, cancel the order and receive a refund if you have received direct access to your account and digital content, or downloaded it. There are exceptions to this rule, described below. In all other respects, our refund policy is strict and does not provide for other exceptions.

  1. General Provisions

AVS TRADE gives you the opportunity to subscribe to the Subscription Plans โ€œSTANDARTโ€, allowing you to use certain content and services of AVS TRADE.

The subscription plan โ€œSTANDARTโ€ allows you to use some content and services of AVS TRADE for free, but with certain limited functionality.

The subscription plan โ€œSTANDARTโ€ allows you to use an available content and services of AVS TRADE within a 7-day free trial period (hereinafter - โ€œTrialโ€). The Trial will not be charged, provided that the monthly or annual subscription plan โ€œSTANDARTโ€ is fully paid in advance. The Trial cannot be suspended or restored, nor can it be extended, rescheduled or used twice.

When the Trial or each paid subscription is expired, as well as in the case of a change in the nature of the repetitive agreement (for example, billing period, price), we will notify you by email about the upcoming payment and any changes (if any), as well on how to cancel the subscription.

Your subscription will continue on a month-to-month or year-to-year basis and you will be charged respective subscription fees, unless and until you cancel your subscription before the expiration of the paid subscription plan.

  1. Fees and Charges

Client shall pay for all subscription fees, and hereby authorizes AVS TRADE (and its payment processors) to debit Clientโ€™s bank account or charge Clientโ€™s credit card, as stated on Clientโ€™s channel subscription and billing page.

Client agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically (on a monthly or yearly basis, depending upon the chosen subscription plan). Payments are made prior to the start of each paid subscription period, unless canceled in accordance with this Policy.

Client shall also be solely responsible for paying and remitting to the appropriate tax authorities all applicable taxes, or duties imposed by any government entity or collecting agency except those taxes based on AVS TRADEโ€™s net income. In the event Client fails to satisfy its tax and/or duty obligations herein, Client shall reimburse AVS TRADE upon demand for any taxes and/or duties paid on behalf of Client and shall defend, indemnify and hold AVS TRADE harmless against any claim and/or liability (including penalties) resulting from Clientโ€™s failure to pay such taxes and/or duties.

  1. Cancelation

If you don't want to pay for a subscription anymore, you can cancel the subscription, which will take effect at the end of the current subscription period, i.e. at the end of the month or year of subscription. AVS TRADE does not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions, so you need to cancel your subscription before the next payment date.

How to cancel subscription

To cancel your subscription, you must log into your account on the AVS TRADE website, go to applicable subscription plan or billing page and switch off the โ€œauto-renewโ€ button of the corresponding subscription. A confirmation email receipt is sent to the Client with the expiration date of the subscription.

Please note that cancellation will take effect at the end of the current period; You will have access to your subscription within the remaining period, but no refunds will be issued. AVS TRADE does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscription plans, therefore, any payments made by you prior to cancellation will not be returned. After cancelling the subscription and expiration of the relevant paid period, your account will be closed.

Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly canceling your subscription / deleting account. You must contact our support team by e-mail cs@mstrade.org before or on the payment due date, and make sure that your subscription has been canceled / the account has been deleted correctly. However, you can also contact support if you are having difficulty or need help.

  1. Refund

If you decide to cancel your paid subscription, AVS TRADE may refund your payment under conditions of this Policy. In some cases, stipulated by this Policy, you can request a refund within 14 days after the date of payment. Upon this period, you will no longer has the right to request a refund.

AVS TRADE does not offer refunds or prorated refunds for cancelled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for unused account. These does not apply to the Trials in the subscription plan โ€œSTANDARTโ€, as provided below.

4.1. For Trials in the subscription plan โ€œSTANDARTโ€

When subscribing to the subscription plan โ€œSTANDARTโ€ and using the Trial, you will be charged in advance and in full for the period you have chosen (i.e. for the month or year). You will be able to use the service within 7-day Trial period plus one month or a year. In this case, payment for the next period will be debited automatically after the end of this period.

If at the end of the 7-day Trial you decide to stop the use of AVS TRADE service, you must cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 3 of this Policy. In this case, you can request a refund no later than 14 days from the date of payment. After this period, you are no longer entitled to a refund.

In the event of a refund, AVS TRADE are authorized to deduct the fee based on the number of days of the used subscription starting from the moment of payment until the moment of the request for a refund, as well as any additional costs that may arise due to the refund (for example, changing a bank card or any other information necessary to made the refund).

In which cases a refund is not possible

AVS TRADE does not offer refunds defined in this Policy in the following cases:

if a part of funds or bonuses received when using a promo code or other bonus programs remains in your account; if at the time of the request, your account is deactivated due to your violation of our policies and / or rules; if you have an outstanding debt; if you refer to past events; if you not understanding the system requirements, or the presence of compatibility issues, including inadequate internet speed or consistency, or incompatible devices, operating systems, or browser software versions.

4.2. For month-to-month subscriptions

Unless otherwise provided in this Policy, AVS TRADE does not offer refunds for payments made on a month-month subscription plan. To avoid future payments for subscriptions, you must cancel your subscription before the start of a new period. If you do not cancel your subscription, AVS TRADE reserves the right to require you to pay the full monthly subscription.

We do not recommend a month-to-month subscription for users who are not sure that the content, functions and services of AVS TRADE are compatible with their goals, subject and technological environment.

4.3. For annual subscriptions

If you choose the annual (year-to-year) plan, you are entering into a one-year subscription contract that expires 12 months after the date of payment. You are responsible for paying for the entire subscription. AVS TRADE reserves the right to request you to pay the full cost of the annual subscription plan.

Unless otherwise provided in this Policy, AVS TRADE does not offer refunds for annual subscriptions. To avoid future charges for the subscription, you must cancel your subscription before the start of a new period. If you do not cancel your subscription, AVS TRADE reserves the right to request you to pay the annual subscription in full.

We do not recommend the annual subscription for users who are not sure that the presented content, functions and services of AVS TRADE are compatible with their goals, subject and technological environment.

  1. Disclaimer

Please note that it is your sole responsibility to evaluate AVS TRADE services, including its features, limitations, and system requirements before choosing a particular subscription. If you are not certain that AVS TRADE is a fit for your use case and environment, then you should not choose any paid subscription.

We offer the subscription plan โ€œFreeโ€, which allows you to use certain AVS TRADE services free of charge. We recommend this option for those users who do not have full confidence or control over their technological environment, understanding the content or functions of AVS TRADE services.

  1. Request a refund when use the Trial

In cases provided for in this Policy you may request a refund by sending an email to AVS TRADE cs@mstrade.org. In return we ask you to confirm and clarify the reasons for the refund. In case of a reasonable excuse for the return, AVS TRADE will initiate the refund to your card used for payment of the subscription or identified in your account. Refund processing usually takes up to 14 days. Please note that the payment operator may require additional time to process your card.

  1. Third Party Charges

Client shall directly pay the fees and charges for all third party vendors whose services Client uses in connection with the AVS TRADE Services (e.g., internet access providers, telephone carriers, bank commissions etc.). In addition to any fees charged by AVS TRADE, AVS TRADE reserves the right to charge Client for any regulatory or governmental fees, contributions or other charges that are legally required or assessed.

  1. Miscellaneous

This Policy formed in English. For the convenience purpose, the document can be translated into other languages. In case of discrepancies between the translated texts, the text in English shall prevail and shall be used for interpretation of any discrepancies.

This Policy constitutes an integral part of the Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement (Terms of Service) available at the website at www.mstrade.org. In case of any discrepancy between this Policy and Terms of Service, the terms of this Policy shall prevail and shall be applied to subscriptions, cancellations and refunds.

FAQ

I did not like the update and I want a partial or full refund the subscription.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds based on updates. We try to be as open as possible when it comes to significant changes of the service; therefore, we strive to notify of any such significant changes in advance.

My account was hacked and someone purchased a number of subscriptions or used my subscriptions

Make sure that only you have access to your email, and then change the password. We are not responsible for any unauthorized entry into your account, as well as for actions performed using your account. Thus, no refund will apply.
