**Stop Turn order algorithm**

Buy Stop Turn --- is an order for placing a limit request for a breakdown, according to which the algorithm triggers when the price of a certain trigger, the Breakdown price, is reached.

* If the market price of an asset reaches the trigger in the H1 period and is closed above the trigger in the selected period, the Buy Limit order is placed.
* If the asset price is closed below the trigger level, but is not crossed, the order cancellation level remains in standby mode.
* If the asset price is closed below the trigger level and crosses the cancellation level, the order is cancelled.

The Buy Stop Turn order is recommended to be used in passive mode.

Perhaps only when there are funds on deposit, the market offers the trigger price. Partial order filling and subsequent partial order closing by TP leads to cancellation of the unfilled order.

\
Main feature: the Buy Stop Stop order does not block the deposit.

Sell Stop Turn --- is an order for placing a limit request for trial, according to which the algorithm triggers when the price of a certain tariff, the Stop price, is reached.

* If the market price of an asset reaches the trigger in the H1 period and is closed below the trigger in the selected period, the Sell Limit order is placed.
* If the asset price is above the trigger level and crosses the cancellation level, the order is cancelled.
* If the asset price is closed above the trigger level, but is not crossed, the order cancellation level remains in standby mode.

The Sell Stop Turn order is recommended to be used in passive mode.

An example of how an order works - the algorithm has triggered, the order has been placed.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://avstrade.gitbook.io/avstrade-docs-en/trading/algorithmic-orders/stop-turn.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
